1. Services

We provide web development services including but not limited to:

• Website Design and Development
• E-commerce Solutions
• Web Application Development
• Website Maintenance and Support
• SEO Optimization

2. Project Terms

2.1 Project Scope

Each project will be defined by a detailed proposal outlining:

• Project objectives and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Cost and payment terms
• Client responsibilities

2.2 Project Changes

Any changes to the project scope must be documented and may incur additional charges. Changes will be implemented only after written approval.

3. Payment Terms

Our standard payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit required to start work
• 30% payment upon completion of major milestones
• 20% final payment upon project completion

All payments are due within 15 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur a 5% fee per month.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• Client receives full ownership of the final deliverables
• We retain rights to underlying code frameworks and libraries
• We may use the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Client information and data
• Project details and specifications
• Business strategies and plans

6. Warranty and Support

We provide:

• 30-day warranty on all deliverables
• 3 months of technical support after project completion
• Ongoing maintenance services (optional)

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business interruption
• Third-party actions or services

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• Client pays for work completed to date
• We deliver completed work
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
